Returns

Because our products are printed and shipped directly by our production partners, we do not accept returns of items unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please double-check sizes, colors, and personalization before placing your order.

 

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The item arrived misprinted, defective, or damaged.
  • The wrong item was sent (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product).
  • The order never arrived due to a verified shipping issue.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at estore@chietaphi.org within 14 days of receiving your order, with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product issue

Our team will work directly with our printing partner to resolve your concern.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds/replacements will not be issued in these cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, dislike of design after ordering, etc.)
  • Incorrect information entered at checkout (wrong size, color, or shipping address)
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Processing Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Replacements will be re-printed and shipped at no extra charge.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a replacement or refund is issued due to a production error or damaged item.
